We’re committed to helping you gain operational excellence with the Rapid® cerebrovascular imaging platform. With over 1,600 installations worldwide, we know how to get you up and running quickly and how to ensure ongoing success. From product updates to feature enhancements, training, technical support, quality benchmarks, and other insights—we know that the more successful you are with our products, the better patient care we can provide together.
The deployment of the Rapid platform is extremely fast! In as little as a week, it can be implemented and live. We also offer multiple deployment options that include an on-premise or a cloud-based approach. These options can be customized by our experts to meet the needs of your healthcare professionals, hospital or clinic. The results conform to DICOM standards and are immediately available in a multitude of ways to support your workflow: email, PACS, and the Rapid Mobile App.
Recognizing that not all scanners are alike, we provide protocols tailored to each scanner’s capabilities, and best practices to optimize and support imaging techniques. Our STAT Reprocessing service, based on AI algorithms, alerts us in real-time to assist with immediate reprocessing needs. This is done by our 24/7/365 expert Technical Services team.
We provide a broad range of RapidAI training resources including case reviews, videos, tutorials, stroke workflow webinars, and libraries of neurovascular scenarios. Led by expert physicians and technologists, our training programs are all designed to help your team be successful in interpretation and utilization of the results to enhance patient care. We also offer onsite education from our team of experienced imaging specialists.
Our Rapid U program provides customers with the advanced training they need to be successful when using RapidAI products in their professional roles. The educational content and resources offered through Rapid U are tailored to suit the individual needs of each member of a stroke care team through a series of role-based learning paths. Each learning path includes self-paced online training, virtual instructor-led training sessions from physicians and other clinical experts, and performance-support content for Continuing Education (CE) credits, case studies, publications and quick reference guides. Users can access content via a mobile-friendly Learning Management System.
We know the importance of protecting your patient’s medical information and any medical records, and adhere to all HIPAA rules. Just as important, we are committed to achieving best practices for information security management. The remote technical support our experts provide is based on hospital-governed and provisioned methods.
